I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering distinct areas for working and relaxing, making it very comfortable. The service was exceptional, with the general manager being very available and friendly, and the reception workers always ready to assist. The location was ideal, directly connected to a luxury brand shopping mall and within walking distance to many attractions. The dining experience was top-notch at the revolving restaurant on the top floor. However, the taxi availability in Jinan could be a challenge during specific times, and the dining expenses were on the higher side.
The hotel had some highs and lows. The room was cramped and oddly shaped, not like the pictures, but exceeded my expectations in terms of temperature. The service was exceptional, particularly the memorable noodle bar breakfast. The location was very convenient, although taxi availability could be a challenge at times.
